How Let’s Talk Studios handles information when you visit this website.

Who we are
This website is operated by Let’s Talk Studios, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Let’s Talk Studios”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us by email at hello@letstalkstudios.com.
Overview
Our public pages are served by Cloudflare. When membership is available, you can sign in to a studio account and subscribe to The Lounge to watch released episodes in The Theater. We process the information needed to provide those services when you choose to use them.
What this website does not use
We do not add advertising pixels, retargeting, session recording, browser fingerprinting or behavioral profiling. Our sign-in service stores session credentials in your browser so you can stay signed in. Cloudflare and our payment provider may use necessary cookies for security or payment processing when you use those services.
Information that is processed
- Hosting and security. Cloudflare processes standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We cannot switch this off. Cloudflare’s dashboard shows us aggregated traffic statistics such as request counts. We have not enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics, Workers Logs or log exports, so we do not keep our own copy of visitor logs. Cloudflare handles this data under the Cloudflare privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
- Fonts. Our typefaces (Playfair Display and Montserrat, used under the SIL Open Font License) are served from this website, so loading a page does not send requests to Google or any other font service.
- Your privacy choice. If you make a choice under Privacy Choices, it is saved only in your browser (local storage, not a cookie) so we can respect it on your next visit. It is never sent to us.
- Email. If you email us, Google Workspace delivers your message to our business inbox. We receive what you send, including your name and email address as your email provider shows them, your message and any attachments, plus standard email information such as the date, subject line and technical headers that email systems add. We use this to reply and to handle your request.
Embedded video (optional, off until you opt in)
Subscriber episodes are delivered by Cloudflare Stream. The player loads only after you choose an episode and press Play; Cloudflare then processes request and device information to deliver the video. This requested membership playback is separate from optional third-party embeds. If trailers hosted on YouTube or Vimeo are added, those optional players will require an opt-in under Privacy Choices before loading.
Privacy Choices
The buttons below control optional third-party embedded video. They do not disable a subscriber episode you explicitly choose to play in The Theater, necessary sign-in, or billing. You can change your choice at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and you have not made a choice, optional embeds stay off. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Current choice: not set. Embedded video is off.
Email marketing
We do not run a mailing list from this website and we never add anyone to one because they emailed us. If we offer studio news by email in the future, it will be a separate, optional sign-up that is unchecked by default.
The Lounge accounts and billing
The Lounge membership is provided on this website. Supabase handles email sign-in, account identifiers, session credentials and membership records. For studio-issued screening invitations, we also keep the access start, expiry and revocation status needed to provide temporary viewing access. Stripe handles checkout, recurring billing and the billing portal; we store the customer and subscription identifiers and status needed to verify access, and do not receive your full card number. Cloudflare hosts the site, membership service and requested episode playback. You can browse public pages without signing in. Membership is for adults 18 and older. We do not create member profiles, public posts or community discussions in this version.
Referral and affiliate links
Some links on our Creator Resources page are referral or affiliate links and include a code so the provider can credit us. Google tells us only how many Google Workspace referrals are in trial or paid. If you start your own Skool community through our Skool sign-up link, Skool credits the referral to us. If you join the separate AI Influencer Network community through our affiliate link, Skool shows you to us as a referral in our affiliate dashboard for that community. Other sites’ privacy policies apply when you follow a link.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep emails and Lounge membership records for as long as we need them to respond to you, run The Lounge, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us what information you have sent us, or ask us to correct or delete it, by email at hello@letstalkstudios.com. We will do so unless we need to keep it for those reasons. Information held by Supabase, Stripe, Google, Cloudflare or linked third-party services is also subject to their policies.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. The Lounge is for adults 18 and older.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
